These terms govern your use of HORIZANCE Fax (the "Service"), operated by Horizance LLC ("Horizance", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
HORIZANCE Fax transmits documents you upload to an IRS fax number, by automated routing based on the form and options you select, and emails you a delivery report. The Form 5472 done-for-you package additionally includes document-preparation assistance from a questionnaire you complete — see the disclaimer in our Legal Notice about what this is and isn't.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit.
Current prices are shown on the site at checkout (flat fee up to the stated page limit, plus an optional certified-copy upsell; the 5472 package is priced separately). All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's own terms for the payment method you use.
Once your document is successfully transmitted (as shown by your delivery report), the fee for that submission is non-refundable. If transmission fails despite our automatic retries across backup gateways, you're entitled to a full refund of the fee for that submission — email info@horizance.com with your job reference.
Horizance is not a law firm or accounting firm. Nothing on this site or in the Service is legal or tax advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship. See our Legal Notice for the full disclaimer.
We are not affiliated with the IRS. IRS fax numbers and requirements can change without notice; we re-verify our routing table but can't guarantee it's current at the moment you send. Once your document is successfully transmitted, we have no control over — and make no guarantee about — how or when the IRS processes it. Keep your transmission report as your proof of filing.
Payment (Stripe) and, when needed, fax carriage (SignalWire) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their outages or errors, though we'll help you sort out any impact on your order.
The HORIZANCE name, logo, and site content belong to Horizance LLC. You keep all rights to the documents you upload.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizance's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the submission giving rise to the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like penalties from a late or rejected filing). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may suspend or refuse Service to anyone we reasonably believe is misusing it or submitting fraudulent/unlawful content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
We'll update the effective date above when these terms change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the update.
